  • What is your return & exchange policy?
    No exchanges. To return your item, contact us and inform of your need to return within 7 days of delivery of your apparel. The apparel item must be in the same new condition as when received and the tag must be attached to the apparel in order for the returned item to be accepted and refund given. Return address: P.O. Box 13746 Durham, NC 27709. *Customers are responsible for all shipping & logistics costs associated with the return of items. *Please allow up to 7 days from the receipt of your apparel to process your refund. *If there are any issues with the condition of your returned apparel, you will be contacted via the email address you used when you placed your order.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    Apparel shipped via USPS on Mondays and Fridays. Allow 5-7 business days for processing and delivery of your apparel. Please note: The I AM Experience is not held liable for packages once shipped, as well as any delivery delays due to courier logistics. For any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact USPS.
  • Is there an added shipping & handling cost at checkout?
    No. Shipping is included with the cost.
  • How can I check on my order delivery status?
    You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped to the address provided.

  • How do I Join and become a Member of The I AM Experience?
    It's simple! Visit the Join page from the menu on our website and click "To become a Member, join here". Or you can click the + sign under Join on the main menu to view "Plans & Pricing" Then, click "Select" to proceed with joining and setting up your login. For additional assistance, you can follow the below steps: 1. After setting up your login with an email and password under "Plans & Pricing", go to your email that you provided, and confirm your email by clicking on the link in your email message. This will reroute you back to The I AM Experience's home page. 2. When rerouted to the home page, visit the Plans & Pricing page under the Join tab on the menu. 4. Choose "Select" and log in with the email and password that you just setup. 5. You will then be routed to the payment page where you will enter your payment information to secure your membership. 6. After securing your membership, you will have access to the Members pages. Be sure to click on the + sign next to "Members" on the menu to see all of the Membership Benefits (Advocacy E-book & Guide, Health & Wellness Professionals Catalog, I AM Energy Workout Mix, I AM Exclusive Wellness Kits, Wellness Empowerment Hub, Discussion Group, Monthly Blogs).
